Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Swimwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Any item that has been used, washed, or is not in its original condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a return and replacement of the correct item at no cost to you. We may require photos of the damaged or incorrect product to assist with your claim.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our website and navigate to the Returns section. You will need your order number and email address to begin the process. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. You will receive a notification email once your return has been completed.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside of the United States, return shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only.
